Dressing code: City of God

To make this party even more special we request our guests to dress appropriately for the occasion.

Even though Brazilian gangs of 70s might seem a very specific theme, after reading the following paragraphs you'll undestand that most of the attrezzo is already in your wardrobe.

For instance, here you have an easy-to-fit style:

As you can see, a random cheap T-shirt with the sleeves properly rolled up can make you look like an authentic Fabela bad boy. Some shiny neckless/rings and a pair of shabby jeans would complete your cheap look.

Nevertheless, if you want to get to the next level you may consider dressing in Corcobado style (a.k.a. 'King of the hill'):

The hawaiian shirt guarantees the attention of the hotties. The blond hair is a must; for the Dutchies this should be easy; for the rest you can consider dying.

But if you really want to make the difference, here you have two outstanding looks:

A 'funky mormon' or a 'disco farmer', eitherway you'll stand out over the rest. Note that the coolness of these styles is enforced when surrounded by equals, so team up with your friends/housemates and be the kool of the gangs.

Hereafter some inspiration for the music lovers:

A white shirt, and a curly hair wig will make it all. You don't even need to be black (e.g. Michael Jackson).

Finally, if you want to recycle and old costume (this is a green party); here you have a hint: Kight rider & Webster, an epic couple. A black leather jacket and pair of tight pants will do to look like Sir Michael Knight (a black shirt wide open showing some chest hair is a must).

Well, as you see there are many easy ways to get fully equiped for the party. Just remember this keywords: disco, funk, cheap, shabby, gang, curly, ipanema sandals, jeans, retro.

Due to the weather conditions, guests can dress up in the house (party venue).

Just a last hint, for those of you who don't know where to get this kind of stuff, you can check this 2nd hand shop:

Cheap Fashion

The have really cool stuff there for as low as 5eu.
